Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in Python, SQL, and Tableau to join our team on an interim basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using data to solve complex problems and deliver actionable insights. This role involves data mining, analysis, visualization, and reporting to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze, interpret, and visualize large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to support key business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and align analytics with business goals.
• Perform advanced data mining to extract meaningful information from diverse and complex datasets.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, including inconsistencies and anomalies, to ensure accuracy.
• Use statistical methods to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and business-critical insights.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from relational databases.
• Leverage Python for data manipulation, visualization, and predictive modeling.
• Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency using Python and other scripting tools.
• Communicate findings effectively through presentations, written reports, and data visualizations.
• Work closely with database administrators, engineers, and other analysts to support data architecture and governance.
• Provide recommendations on data-driven solutions to improve business performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in Python, with expertise in data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with a focus on writing queries, optimizing performance, and working in large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, including the creation of dynamic dashboards and in-depth visualizations.
• Familiarity with data mining techniques such as clustering, decision trees, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with predictive analytics and/or machine learning.
• Knowledge of additional data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for data storage and processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
