Responsibilities

Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.
Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions that meet business needs.
Utilize SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant information for reporting purposes.
Design and implement database structures that support efficient data storage and retrieval.
Create visual representations of data using tools such as Visio to facilitate understanding among stakeholders.
Manage projects related to data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of results while adhering to quality standards.
Employ Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis tasks as required.

Requirements

Proficiency in SQL and experience with database design principles.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools, preferably Talend.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in using analytics tools and techniques to derive insights from complex datasets.
Knowledge of Python for data analysis is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
