We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Data Analyst to join the Data team on the LB Builds project. The contractors will focus on data migration and conversion from multiple sources, supporting the development of the migration strategy, integrations, conversions, and governance for the new enterprise permitting and licensing system. These roles involve working closely with departmental stakeholders to define the scope of the migration, ensuring data is accurately transferred and converted from legacy systems to the new platform while maintaining security and integrity. Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of the data migration strategy for the new enterprise system.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, validation, and transformation for migration and conversion processes.
• Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to define migration requirements and scope.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
• Document data migration processes, issues, and resolutions.
• Work closely with the Data Team Lead and other team members to meet project timelines and objectives.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in data migration or system integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, validation, transformation, and governance best practices.
• Experience with enterprise permitting and licensing systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic project environment.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $52 - $62/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
