Job Title: Data Analyst

Pay rate: $46 per hour

Duration: 6 months - based on performance and business needs; possible temp to hire.

W2 contract only (No C2C)

Location- North Chicago, IL, 60064 (Hybrid Onsite Schedule)

What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:

1. Experience with use and implementation of analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) and deep understanding of Excel

2. Interpersonal skills - Interface with multiple functions and stakeholders to provide analytics guidance, train people on analytics tools, and assist in designing and implementing analytics tools

3. Data storytelling – Ability to draw insights from analytics tools and create a data story to explain the insight and relates action items cross-functionally

4. Change agile – Ability to be flexible and adjust based on the evolving business and OEC priorities.
