Overview:

We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to work with our client. The Benefits Analyst will be conducting market research, analyzing and compiling data for employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, other ancillary benefits, and retirement benefits.

Duties:
• Conduct benchmarking and market research to identify trends in employee benefits.
• Analyze benefits programs to determine competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
• Help prepare reports and documentation that show the results of benefits analyses.

Mandatory Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with a strong focus on HR and compensation analysis.
• Expertise in salary benchmarking and market data analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding of various job roles and functions to effectively analyze and compare job data.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Benefits Administrator or Benefits Analyst in public sector government preferred.
