Job Title: Data Analyst
• MUST SIT IN NORTHBROOK, IL

Job Description

Provides centralized accounting and administrative services to multiple business units. Responsible for policy interpretation, administration, and processing.

Responsibilities
• Work within Vendor Maintenance team to perform job activities and assist team members.
• Review and process Vendor Maintenance inbox for high-priority requests and flag emails for further review.
• Review creation of new vendors, change requests, and international banking requests within the Coupa system and monitor the impact in SAP.
• Create and maintain reports and views within SAP and Coupa.
• Perform timely updates and responses within requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Governmental guidelines, SOX guidelines, and CF quality management systems.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing departmental activities.
• Identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures and the need for new ones, and ensure processes/procedures are being followed.
• Develop and implement corrective actions regarding deficiencies or disregard for following existing processes/procedures.
• Demonstrate continual focus on improvements and enhancements and perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills
• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of related professional experience
• Strong understanding of the impact to upstream and downstream business processes based on Vendor Master data
• Proficient in Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with SAP and Coupa
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Qualifications
• Experience leading or supervising others may be preferred
• AA/AAS may be preferred
• IT/tech savvy
• Experience with data verification
• Experience with Oracle and Master Data
• Project management experience

Work Environment: MUST LIVE A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO NORTHBROOK,IL

Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office in Northbrook, IL (Tuesday and Thursday mandatory, you select the 3rd day). Flexible start time.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
