Data Analyst
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is looking for a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Azure, Snowflake, and Informatica Cloud (IICS). This role will involve analyzing complex data sets, generating insights, and supporting data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to mortgage origination and servicing
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Azure, Snowflake, and Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms
• Support data integration and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems
• Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support business objectives
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and the mortgage industry
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the mortgage industry, with a focus on origination and servicing
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mortgage industry, specifically in mortgage origination and servicing
• Looking for LOS (Loan Origination System Experience) preferably experience with Empower LOS
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong proficiency in Azure, Snowflake, and Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in Azure, Snowflake, or Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• Experience with other cloud platforms and data integration tools
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
