Job Title: Analyst II
Duration: 12+ Months.
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid Role)
Job Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in program delivery and effectiveness.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through rigorous quality control measures.
Program Evaluation & Performance Monitoring
• Design, develop, and implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to track program outcomes and effectiveness.
• Conduct research, literature reviews, and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative approaches.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven program recommendations based on evaluation findings.
Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate with internal program staff, external community partners, and stakeholders to gather relevant data and information.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively through written reports, presentations, and meetings.
• Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on data collection methodologies, analysis techniques, and reporting tools.
• Engage with community members to understand needs and feedback to inform program improvements.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical, research, or data evaluation role.
• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting.
• Familiarity with data management and statistical tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, SQL.
• Experience in program evaluation methodologies and performance monitoring.
• Experience working with diverse populations and community-focused initiatives.
Skills:
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
