Ricoh are currently recruiting for 10 Data Analysis and Robotic Process Automation Interns to join us as of July 2025. This opportunity is designed to contribute to the company’s digital transformation efforts, supporting businesses with innovative document services, consulting, and hardware solutions.

Our industrial placement programme runs for 13 months and is open to pre-university (gap year) or university placement year students. It offers hands-on experience with a wide array of tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, Power BI, Python, and other project-specific software. Interns will also benefit from bespoke training paths and access to Microsoft-certified courses.

What you will be doing
Analysing and automating processes across a range of areas (Finance, Annuity & Service, HR, Capital, Professional Services and more) within the business, using Microsoft's Power Platforms and Python
Working with senior stakeholders (up to VP level) to gather and present data.
Assisting departmental reporting
Supporting projects globally across various operating committees (active in multiple continents)
General ad-hoc project and professional support
You will ideally have
Students studying a STEM-based subject at A-level or Bachelor's
Interested in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering and/or Science (Computer and Natural)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sense of accountability
A drive to learn and be proactive
