Job Title: Lead – Data & AI Sales Readiness & Enablement
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead – Data & AI Sales Readiness & Enablement professional to drive fiscal year planning, community engagement, and rhythm of business for our Data & AI Sales field. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-solution stakeholders, including VP-level leadership, to design, plan, and execute impactful enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, sales enablement, and event execution (in-person, hybrid, and virtual) for large-scale field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fiscal year planning for Data & AI Sales Readiness & Enablement.
• Develop and execute a rhythm of business to drive consistency in sales enablement efforts.
• Design, present, and manage project and event proposals based on key business priorities.
• Organize and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual enablement events and training for a global community of 1000+ sales professionals and managers.
• Collaborate with cross-solution stakeholders across different time zones, including VP-level leadership, to align on strategy and execution.
• Drive community engagement by landing key initiatives and focus groups within the Data & AI Sales Field.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, gathering insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or event execution within a technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to design and execute large-scale enablement initiatives for sales organizations.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership in a global setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and work across multiple time zones.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Data & AI sales, cloud technologies, or related fields is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a large technology company or within enterprise sales enablement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft stack (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.) for enablement and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills to track enablement impact and optimize strategies.
