Must have 6 years of data analytics experience (customer feedback, surveys, statistical analysis) and proven data storytelling skills — turning complex insights into compelling, actionable recommendations for leadership.
1 OPENING - CX DATA ENGINEERING ANALYST 📊 — Build data pipelines, craft dashboards, and uncover key trends to enhance the customer journey. Must have 5+ years of experience in data engineering (Python, R, SQL, ETL pipelines) and a strong background in creating interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance metrics.
