Job Title: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer
Job Type: Contract/Full-time
Location: New York/Hybrid
Overview: We are looking for a skilled Adobe CJA Developer with robust technical expertise and strong project management capabilities to lead transformative digital initiatives for a prominent retail client. This role requires a deep understanding of customer data analytics, complemented by effective leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adobe CJA Development:
• Architect and deploy advanced Adobe CJA solutions by capturing, processing, and analyzing multi-channel customer data.
• Develop custom segments, build complex queries, and set up dynamic dashboards that provide actionable insights into customer behavior.
• Optimize ETL processes by collaborating with data engineering teams, ensuring high data integrity and real-time integration with internal and external data sources.
• Utilize CJA s visualization tools to create detailed reports that inform strategic marketing and customer experience decisions.
• Project Management:
• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions while managing budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with diverse teams, including developers, data engineers, and client stakeholders, to align technical execution with business objectives.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies, monitor project progress, and address any issues proactively to maintain momentum.
• Work closely with Offshore team and ensure the Work allocation is done efficiently.
• Good to Have Skills:
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Experience with AEP s data governance, segmentation, and activation features to help integrate and operationalize customer insights across marketing channels.
• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO): Familiarity with AJO for orchestrating real-time, personalized customer journeys and executing multi-channel campaign strategies.
Collaboration & Strategy:
• Partner closely with retail client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and strategic project roadmaps.
• Deliver comprehensive training and support, ensuring seamless adoption of Adobe tools across business units.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Adobe CJA development and a strong background in data analytics and dashboard creation.
• Demonstrated project management expertise with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
