R&P is seeking a Contracts Management Data Analyst to support the modernization of our customer’s most advanced surface combatants. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients.

Responsibilities

▪ Support the Configuration Change Manager in processing of request contract changes, condition found reports, and authorized work items

▪ Manage and monitor the change budget

▪ Provide routine reports on the current change status

▪ Support production team with condition found report development and production analysis

▪ Develop and maintain weekly and quarterly production reports and presentations

▪ Proactively identify issues or potential shortfalls for management resolution

Qualifications

▪ Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.

▪ Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel required

▪ Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

▪ Ability to work independently and communicate with a broad range of people

▪ Experience With DoD Contracts Preferred

▪ Familiarity with working in a shipyard preferred

▪ Active Secret Clearance is required
