Role: Cloud Engineer - Only W2
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months (potential for extension )
Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications)
Proven experience with Infrastructure orchestration as code(IaaS) such as Terraform
Must have previous experience developing or implementing configuration management with Ansible.
Must have experience with Cloud environments, preferably AWS or equivalent
Previous experience with databases and/or data clustering across data centres is a plus
Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: (“Nice to have Qualifications”)
Networking skills and familiarity with Linux systems including troubleshooting, checking component status and logs.
Experience in one or more development languages of Python, Ruby, Java, or Go
Experience with open source technologies such as Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Postgres, Redis, or RabbitMQ
Oral and written communication skills, comfortable communicating with groups of people when needed
