Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with chatbot frameworks, NLP (Natural Language Processing) models, and integration with various platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of AI-driven automation and customer experience enhancement.

Develop and deploy chatbot solutions using Microsoft Bot Framework, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Rasa, or OpenAI.

Implement NLP models to improve chatbot responses.

Integrate chatbots with CRM, databases, and APIs.

Optimize chatbot performance and user experience.

Develop backend services to support chatbot functionalities.

Troubleshoot and debug chatbot applications.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

3+ years of experience in chatbot development and NLP.

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.

Experience with AI/NLP services like Google Cloud NLP, IBM Watson, or OpenAI GPT.

Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with voice-enabled AI assistants (Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant).

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and Agile methodologies.

Previous experience in chatbot development for customer service, healthcare, or e-commerce.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Proactive and detail-oriented.
