

Business Intelligence Product Owner

The Essentials For Success
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience as a digital product owner or digital product manager in retail/ecommerce
• 2+ years in Retail Media
• Strong understanding of Audience, Reporting and Measurements utilizing data enablement within Ecommerce Retail
• Experience, comfortability, and success working within Agile framework
• Ability to communicate relevant details and influence decision making based on the audience and desired outcome, from senior leaders to individual team members responsible for execution
• Strong understanding of Marketing Insights: Proven background in gathering reporting and audience insights and converting them into actionable reporting.
• Experience with Audience: A strong understanding of the audience experience in terms of data interaction and consumption.
• Dashboard Management: Experience with creating, managing, and deploying advertising self-service reporting and insights dashboards.
• Tools: Familiarity with PowerBI for reporting and data visualization. 1st party Audience Onboarding tool and experience in Data Clean Rooms is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships across teams (e.g. Product, UX, Design, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Development)
