Job Overview
A high-performing finance and robotics operations team is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to drive innovation, execution, and performance measurement. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing analysis and visualization tools that enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) across financial operations. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, technically skilled professional with a strong analytical mindset, capable of working with large-scale data and delivering meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Work with global supply chain teams to identify new BI capabilities and projects.
• Analyze and visualize large-scale geo-spatial logistics and transaction data to uncover process inefficiencies and user behavior patterns.
• Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests, ongoing reporting, and KPI tracking.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, integrating data into operational planning.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• 2+ years of experience in data warehousing, data quality, and operational excellence (MySQL, Redshift).
• 2+ years of experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, QuickSight, or GIS visualization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA/MS in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building end-to-end solutions for performance measurement and process improvement in transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• 3+ years of experience implementing basic software solutions for automating data sourcing, visualization, and modeling.
• Project management and/or tech product management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Ability to think strategically while also understanding operations at a detailed, practical level.
Additional Information
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift, with hybrid flexibility (3 days onsite).
• Overtime: Not expected.
• Contract Duration: 11 months, with potential for extension or conversion.
