Job Summary

We are is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to enhance our Global Marketing Operations through expert data strategy, reporting automation, insights, and planning. In this role, the successful candidate will transform operational, marketing, and human capital data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in developing automated reporting tools, improving data infrastructure, and driving data-driven business decisions to fuel client's and MGM Studios' growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, and APIs to meet business needs.
• Define crucial data elements and structures to enable analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Extract meaningful insights from large datasets to influence business decisions.
• Provide management with performance reports, trend analyses, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data integration projects, and improve KPIs, reporting solutions, and data infrastructure.

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing.
• Proven ability in data modeling and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau OR Quicksight.
