Responsibilities:
• Work with a centralized team of data scientists, data engineers, and report developers that will work in collaboration with Global contact center business customers to design and develop analytical reports and dashboards.
• Design and develop reports/analytics/dashboards by interpreting business requirements. Ensure the implementation of the requirements to develop the final solution. Effectively communicate with technical peers as well as business management
• Organize and combine data sets to effectively provide business insights to management level audiences

Job Requirements

Details:

Experience Required:
• 3+ years of data wrangling in Alteryx joining multiple entities
• 3+ years of SQL queries and optimization Experience
• 3+ years Knowledge of GCP, Qlik sense/Power BI
• Strong experience in optimizing data flow into data warehousing system
• Strong data mining and data modelling skills
• Ability to deliver project commitments
• Excellent organizational, time-management, documentation, and progress tracking skills
• Experience in ensuring design is following specifications.
• Consultant level experience data migration and synchronization across multiple production instances.
• Team-oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

Experience Preferred:
• Knowledge of Global business acumen or Customer Service Division/MS&S, GDIA
• Ability to derive, define and explicitly represent various artifacts and results
• Excellent problem-solving skills including leading problem-solving teams
• Self-starter; ability to work both independently and with a team
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational boundaries
• Provide support for application performance issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
