Job Title: BI Developer

HYBRID work schedule – (2 days in Buffalo, NY area office)

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience working and supporting SQL applications
• 3+ years developing reports using SSRS
• 3+ years using ETL tools such as SSIS
• 3+ years using visual analytical tools such as Power BI

SQL Expertise – Strong experience creating large, complex data sets / schemas with T-SQL development, including stored procedures, triggers, and ETL processes.

Microsoft SQL Server Proficiency – Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016+ and its suite of development tools (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SSIS Catalog).

Integration & System Management – Knowledge of SQL Server security, performance monitoring, and management tools. Experience designing and supporting system integrations.

Technical Problem-Solving – Skilled at troubleshooting system issues, performing root-cause analysis, and optimizing performance.

Project Management Skills – Ability to manage projects, track progress, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
