Business Intelligence Analyst / Report Builder

Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst / Report Builder to join their team.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
• Implement data refresh strategies and ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to optimize data models and ensure efficient data flow within the Azure Data Fabric.
• Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure the integrity of the data used in reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, providing timely support to end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices, as well as advancements in Azure Data Fabric and Data Bricks.

Requirements:
• 5+ years in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• 2+ years in Financial Services industry
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience connecting Power BI to various data sources, including Azure Data Lake Storage, SQL Server Database, and Data Bricks.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Fabric components, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Experience working with Data Bricks for data processing and transformation is highly desirable.
