Job Title: Junior Power BI Analyst

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office; 5 days during training)

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire (CTH)

We are seeking a Junior Power BI Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team. They are looking for someone passionate about data visualization and reporting. You will work closely with senior analysts and engineers, gaining hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, and ETL processes while supporting the team’s transition from SSRS to Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Work with SQL databases and understand ETL processes (SSIS experience a plus).
• Assist in migrating reports from SSRS to Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data visualizations.
• Gain exposure to Azure Power BI as the team begins leveraging cloud-based solutions.
• Participate in mentorship opportunities and contribute to team collaboration.
• Work in-office at least two days per week (more during initial training period).

Qualifications:
• 0-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Power BI experience (academic projects, internships, or professional work).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and an understanding of ETL processes.
• Exposure to Azure Power BI is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills—proactive in sharing updates and taking ownership of tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred (but not required if skills are demonstrated).
• Interest in joining a collaborative and social team culture.
