Business Data Analyst II
12+ months of contract
$50 to $60/hr on w2 (Depends on exp)
Seattle WA or Washington DC or San Francisco CA (hybrid)
Top 3 Responsibilities of the Role:
• Maintain and Enhance Tableau Dashboards – Design and build dashboards from scratch while strategically implementing improvements to existing dashboards within the Talent Acquisition Analytics team’s Tableau environment.
• Analytics & Reporting Strategy – Drive the analytics and reporting strategy, particularly regarding metric definition and logic across various Talent Acquisition disciplines.
• Ad Hoc Analytics Support – Provide support for ad hoc analytics requests from Talent Acquisition (TA) and People & Performance (P&P) partners.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other relevant disciplines with demonstrated technical exposure.
• A degree combined with relevant job experience.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in data analysis, data science, technical solutions, engineering, or other technical positions.
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort with data exploration tools.
• Proficiency in Tableau or other dashboard-building tools.
• Exposure to data stores and querying frameworks such as MySQL and BigQuery, along with experience in production technical stacks.
• Experience in Tableau development, TBI Oracle development, and data fusion.
• Proficiency in SQL and development languages, as these are crucial for the role.
