Looking for a Business Analytics Specialist – Remote Roles
Duration: 12+months with possibility of longer-term extensions

Key Responsibilities
Design, manage, and optimize ETL processes with Snowflake as both a source and destination.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to efficiently move, clean, and transform data from various sources into reporting-ready formats.
Build clear, dynamic, and actionable data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau (Tableau Certification is a plus!).
Work extensively with Salesforce data, understanding its structure, relationships with other systems, and how to extract valuable business insights.
Analyze disparate data sources and integrate them effectively with Salesforce data to support business and operational decisions.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into data-driven solutions, and deliver clear visual reporting.
Leverage Qualtrics survey data for integration into analytics and reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
Skilled Business Analytics professional with a strong technical background in data engineering and ETL processes.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data structures and the ability to develop actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.
5+ years of proven Business Analytics experience from B2B and SaaS environment.
Strong expertise in ETL processes and data pipeline development.
Hands-on experience working with Snowflake.
Experience with Salesforce data structures, relationships, and reporting.
Analyze and develop insights from Salesforce and combined data sources.
Experience with Tableau for building dashboards and data visualizations.
Strong SQL skills and experience in data transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
Tableau Certification.
Experience working with Qualtrics or similar survey data platforms.
