Salary Range: $114,400 - $124,800 per year

Location: Dublin, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Retail, Supply Chain, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and Snowflake for an upcoming project. Prior experience with Agile demos is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participate in requirement-gathering meetings to document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Develop a strong understanding of business processes, especially logistic workflows, associated data, and systems, to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Operate within an Agile framework, leveraging Jira to manage sprints and user stories. Create, update, and close BA-related stories on time and with complete documentation.
• Engage with users regularly to refine requirements, collect feedback during demos, and maintain an updated backlog based on stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements. Identify and escalate gaps between the design and the defined completion criteria.
• Track feature requests post-demo, differentiating between in-scope items and potential enhancements for future phases.
• Support the development of comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries, manual file (if any) SOPs, and a responsibility matrix for project governance.
• Design detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios covering all functional requirements with clearly defined pass/fail criteria.
• Lead pre-UAT activities to validate data accuracy and system readiness before formal UAT begins.
• Facilitate UAT sessions with end-users, guiding them through test cases, clarifying acceptance criteria, and documenting results.
• Obtain formal sign-offs from business stakeholders upon UAT completion.
• Conduct post-deployment data validation to confirm data integrity and system functionality in the production environment.
• Gather final sign-offs from key stakeholders post-deployment
