Role Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create process maps to visualize workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements.
• Develop comprehensive business models to support strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications and project plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Perform gap analysis to determine the difference between current and desired performance levels.
• Support change management initiatives by preparing training materials and user guides.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans based on market trends and data analysis.
• Continuously evaluate industry trends and best practices to enhance processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of business modeling techniques.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Experience in creating process documentation.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CCBA, CBAP) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
• Resource will help with Business Sim/UAT testing. Data prep, execute SIT/Business Sim/UAT scenarios E2E from ICS to TransAct S4 Signify.
• BA will also be responsible to coordinate testing activities with IT/business as required.
• Resource to help with SIT/Business Sim/UAT testing that would include data prep, execute SIT/Business Sim/UAT scripts E2E from CORE/CCRA to TransAct Signify.
• BA will also be responsible to coordinate testing activities with IT/Business as required
• Resource must have knowledge in Model N Powered by N expertise in Rebate / Payments area
• Resource must have knowledge in Model N Flex expertise in Rebates / Payments area
