Salary: $79.16 to $91.66 hourly
Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. This role calls for a proficient strategist with a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions. You will be working in a hybrid environment, focusing on analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
• Strategize and implement plans to maximize Salesforce platform's potential in meeting business objectives
• Identify, manage, and escalate risk within the teams you oversee
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Train and support users to enhance their understanding of Salesforce functionalities and features
• Monitor industry trends and updates related to Salesforce, recommending new tools and features
• Conduct assessments of current Salesforce implementations, pinpointing areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop and lead a team towards achieving business goals and objectives
• Ensure the utilization of Salesforce platform to its full potential by providing expertise in its best practices
• Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce processes, workflows, and configurations
• Develop a comprehensive Salesforce strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, a key tool for managing project workflows and tasks.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to effectively manage customer interactions.
• Ability to conduct Gap Analysis to identify and bridge performance discrepancies.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
• Experience with AB Testing to optimize product performance and user experience.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for project management.
• Knowledge of Business Process Functions and their impact on organizational performance.
• Ability to draft Business Requirement Documents that clearly outline project specifications.
• Experience in Claim Administration to manage and resolve customer claims efficiently.
