Business Analyst – Power Apps & SQL (Austin, TX, W2 Candidates Only)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on a web-based Power Apps platform application that serves internal client's agency staff, as well as external partners. This application processes intake information from 1,500+ users, facilitating detailed analysis agency-wide.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with delivery teams and application users to gather requirements, analyze data, and design system modifications. Responsibilities include:

✅ Gathering and documenting business requirements and user stories

✅ Performing detailed system analysis to enhance system functionality

✅ Coordinating with technical teams for demos, UAT, and code releases

✅ Supporting project/product management planning and user communication

✅ Working in an Agile environment to improve system processes

✅ Providing on-call support if required during critical project phases

This role requires strong experience in SQL, system reporting, system testing, and Agile methodologies.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

✅ 8+ years of Business Analyst experience

✅ 8+ years of SQL experience

✅ 8+ years of system reporting (Oracle, SQL)

✅ 8+ years of system testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)

✅ 8+ years of Agile software development experience

✅ Preferred: 2+ years of Project/Product Management experience

✅ Preferred: 1+ year of experience with Jira
