The Configuration Analyst III must be able to independently analyze or my data through MS SQL, draw sound conclusions and interpret and follow detailed and precise written and oral instructions, such as checklists, process diagrams, and policy.

Leverage the Clicbank (rules engine and configuration/content management tool (ClicBank)) tool to configure Jiva modules, workflows, assessments, correspondence/letters, rules and rulesets, and code tables based on business requirements.

Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in Jiva configuration and customization, with proficiency in the Clicbank tool.
• Proficient SQL skills with experience in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing test plans, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps/TFS, Jira, Scrum)
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, medical terminology (such as ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding), and regulatory requirements with respect to Medicaid and Medicare guidelines.
• Proficient with using tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Visio and or PowerPoint
