

Business Analyst
• The job is as an BA, involving Endur ETRM migration.
• The contract duration is 6-9 months with a pay rate depending on experience.
• This is a hybrid position requiring four days onsite in Houston, TX.
• The role involves designing, analyzing, and supporting data migration activities for a large-scale Endur Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) implementation program.
• Responsibilities include requirements gathering and analysis, data mapping and validation, data migration strategy and planning.
• The role also involves defining and executing data migration test plans, stakeholder management, and documentation and reporting.
• The candidate must have proven experience as a Business Analyst in data migration projects, preferably within the ETRM/energy trading domain.
• They should have a strong understanding of Endur ETRM systems, including data models, processes, and integration requirements.
• Experience with large-scale, complex data migration efforts, including ETL tools and methodologies is essential.
• The candidate must be proficient in SQL, data modeling, and working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with energy trading and risk management processes is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
• The candidate should have strong stakeholder management abilities with a track record of bridging business and technical teams.
