Work closely with other members of the team to perform data analysis, solutions design, testing, and release management across multiple
systemsAssist team members in evaluating and implementing vendor tools and pr
ocesses.Ability to work with non-technical end users to interpret and document user requirements and develop functional specif
icationsParticipate in meetings with technical groups to ensure that all design questions (e.g., application security, data feeds, etc.) are addressed through the business analysis
processEnsure the timely and accurate processing of internal client requests. This includes maintaining standard Application support documentation and supporting the global production respo
nse teamServe as subject matter expert process, and/or operational proxy for end users in targeted areas
of focusManage operationally focused projects (e.g., non-political, data/workflow o
