

Business Analyst
Document discovery processes, including functional API calls, sequence flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
Conduct stakeholder analysis to align requirements with business objectives.
Analyze use cases and user stories requiring data from CHAT.
Evaluate which statuses are necessary from CHAT and their impact on SOT.
Assess how status transitions from CHAT to SOT affect consumers.
Document impacts on APIs, system flows, and data models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address integration requirements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong experience in documentation, including discovery processes, API calls, and flow diagrams.
Ability to create and interpret sequence and data flow diagrams.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating system requirements and data impacts. Experience with stakeholder analysis to ensure project alignment.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
