Business Analyst - KYC

Business Analysis Senior Manager

Duration: 12 months (possible extension/conversion)

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) – Tampa, FL / Irving, TX

The Business Analysis Senior Manager will bridge business and technology teams to enhance a robotics and automation product for KYC, leveraging RPA, ML, and NLP to aggregate data across 94+ countries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather & Document Business Requirements – Define EPICs, user stories, and functional specs.
• Lead Client Deliverables & Product Roadmap – Oversee book of work and ensure timely execution.
• Data Analysis & Transformation – Work with data models, mapping, and mining for improved accuracy.
• Collaboration & Integration – Partner with IT, PMs, and vendors to develop APIs, web interfaces, and automation solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Training – Provide user training and documentation for seamless adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, data modeling, and process reengineering.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and validation skills.
• Experience working with vendors, data providers, and business partners.
• Ability to drive high-impact projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
