• The three core functions of this role involve:
• Data retrieval, including identifying raw data sources, understanding the data systems, and using automation techniques to manipulate the data
• Data analysis, which involves transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making and improve business performance.
• Dashboard creation, to enhance data analysis and communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Specific Accountabilities:
• In this role, you are generally responsible for the following activities:
• o Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with various departments to understand their data needs, developing and managing business intelligence solutions, and providing detailed reports and dashboards.
• o Capturing business requirements, prioritizing requirements and tracking the progress of delivery.
• o Identifying raw data sources, understanding data systems, and using automation techniques to manipulate data.
• o Using critical thinking, problem-solving, and curiosity to transform raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making and improve business performance.
• o Developing and managing business intelligence solutions, including creating and maintaining dashboards to enhance data analysis and communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• o Development and delivery of training.
• o Maintaining an inventory of KPIs, including KPI definitions.

• • As a Projects and Facility & Storage Integrity team member, you are expected to:
• o Work independently on assignments with complex technical issues which may include significant design or standard practice deviations, with the ability to make effective and appropriate technical decisions with minimal people leader interaction.
• o Lead the development and future enhancement of team process and procedural documents.
• o Provide mentoring, training, and direction to AI departmental staff, contractors, and consultants.

• This position can positively or negatively impact the integrity of pipelines, which can have both short- and long-term cost, capacity, and external customer relationship impacts.

• This position regularly interfaces with I&RM team members (employees, contractors, and consultants within GTM; this equates to regular communication touchpoints and meetings.
• Given the profile of these activities, the requirement to interface with the Directors and Vice President within I&RM as well as other GTM senior management team members are anticipated.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
• A minimum of 10 years of related experience (integrity, and/or other pipeline industry related experience is an asset.
• Project Management skills – developing schedules, track actions, and driving projects to completion.
• Ability to demonstrate broad business and technical knowledge in resolving problems, project management, identifying opportunities and has a keen awareness of interrelationships with other stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation skills to influence and drive-forward results and decisions without formal authority.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office software (PowerBI, Power Query, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to utilize other engineering/technical computer applications.
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization techniques and tools (specifically PowerBI), to create compelling and insightful dashboards for executives
• Proven system-based thinking with strong ability to understand the interrelationships between different data systems and how they impact the overall business.
• Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with peers, management, internal/external stakeholders, vendors and service providers.
• Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player with a strong work ethic and initiative.
• Able to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) for business purposes.
• Leverage innovation in project planning, development, coordination and other areas of accountability.
Preferred:
• Prior work experience in integrity or pipeline operational knowledge and experience.
• Experience developing executive-level dashboards that provide strategic insights and support decision-making
• Strong data analysis, metrics, and data mining skills (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables, PowerBI, dashboards)
• A continuous improvement (i.e. Six Sigma, RCA) background
• Strong mentorship capability.
• Informal leadership skills: coaching, mentoring, collaboration and conflict resolution
Working Conditions:
• Typical office environment
• Travel as required ?20% (Other US or Canada offices and/or site locations)
