

Business Analyst II
Responsibilities
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Business Analyst II in Boston, MA. Key Tasks:
• Analytical: Cost, Lead time and Demand Data modeling; Business: Supply chain metrics; Project management; Business intelligence and Stakeholder communication
• Create and optimize Supply Chain dashboards like on-time delivery, delivery health, in-stock
Requirements
• Basic qualifications for a Supply Chain Data Analyst focus on both educational background and practical experience; Candidates typically need a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
• The role requires a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with demonstrated expertise in handling large datasets
• Technical proficiency is essential, particularly in SQL for data manipulation and at least one programming language like Python or R
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, including expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly valued
• Quicksight experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
