What You’ll Do:
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business strategies.
Develop business cases, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
Use data to analyze performance metrics and make recommendations for business improvements.
Work with leadership to identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis.
Strong background in process optimization, requirements gathering, and strategic planning.
U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder required.
