We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Collibra to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of Collibra for data governance. This role requires close collaboration with data governance teams, IT, and business stakeholders to drive data quality, compliance, and lineage tracking across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams for Collibra implementation and enhancements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to data governance and metadata management.
• Configure and maintain Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) to align with business needs and governance policies.
• Support metadata management, data lineage, and data cataloging efforts within the Collibra platform.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports in Collibra to improve data visibility and governance processes.
• Assist in data stewardship activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and other data governance standards.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to enhance adoption of Collibra across the organization.
• Work closely with data architects, engineers, and governance teams to integrate Collibra with other data management tools and platforms.
• Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements related to data governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Collibra platform, coordinating with vendors or IT teams as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 13+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years working with Collibra.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience configuring and administering Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC).
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and integration concepts to support metadata and lineage management.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or SOX is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Collibra Ranger or Collibra Architect certification.
• Experience integrating Collibra with ETL tools, data lakes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with REST APIs and scripting languages for automation and integration purposes.
• Prior experience in financial services, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
