Seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in BICEPS DevOps tool to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps pipelines, ensuring seamless CI/CD processes, infrastructure automation, and system reliability. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and drive continuous improvements across deployment and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using BICEPS DevOps tool to ensure efficient code deployment and release management.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability.
• Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to enhance DevOps best practices and enable faster, more reliable releases.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies for critical applications and systems.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborate on security best practices to safeguard infrastructure and data, including IAM policies, vulnerability management, and compliance standards.
• Write and maintain detailed documentation for DevOps processes, workflows, and infrastructure configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Must-have 5+ experience with BICEPS DevOps tools.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native technologies.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK Stack).
• Knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in financial services, investment management, or fintech industries.
• Familiarity with database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and cloud storage solutions.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Kubernetes Certified Administrator (CKA) are a plus.
