Sr. BI/Data Analytics Developer

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: Long Term

Job Type: W2 Contract

NOTE: Candidate must work on our Company payroll (W2 Contract)

Must Have Retail/e-Comm Experience

Must have Very Strong Communication skills

Developing and implementing advanced analytical models and techniques to extract meaningful insights from data, using tools such as SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implementing measures to protect sensitive data.
• Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, such as data scientists, business analysts, and executives, to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization, data efficiency, and scalability of the analytics platform, and implementing relevant improvements.
• Working on the implementation and integration of analytics platforms within the organization's infrastructure, including data sources, databases, and other relevant systems.
• Play a key role in developing an enterprise-wide analytics/ reporting/ business intelligence roadmap. Deliver analytics and insights to enable the business to drive timely, fact-based decision-making.

Skills Required
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience with AI-driven analytics tools is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Data platforms, and Business Intelligence tools and solutions
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data warehousing, data analytics, and data governance is required.
• Strong integration/migration experience
• Knowledge of retail/e-commerce business flows and operations
• Experience within the retail/convenience store vertical is a plus
