Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our client's Technical Services team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and executing migration services that support customer initiatives.

About The Role

This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent. You'll work alongside a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
• Design, architect, and implement DevOps solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines, Ansible Playbooks, and Terraform
• Automate manual processes and improve the speed and quality of development work
• Migrate Azure DevOps classic pipelines to YAML pipelines
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide technical support to project teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful database migrations
• Create documentation for automation and support reporting requirements for regulatory compliance

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5-8 years of experience in DevOps or a related technical specialty
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps administration and creating multi-step DevOps automations using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Terraform, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of Azure and Windows on-premises infrastructure configuration
• In-depth knowledge of automated build, deployment, CI/CD, telemetry, operations automation, and other DevOps tools
• Experience with PowerShell or Python and Power Automate
