Join a leading financial institution in New York as an AWS Data Engineer. In this hands-on role, you’ll design and optimize data pipelines, leveraging AWS services and Python to process and manage large datasets in a secure, scalable environment. You will work closely with high-performance development teams in an Agile setting to deliver data solutions that support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain data pipelines using AWS technologies such as Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, RDS, DynamoDB, Athena, and more.
• Develop automated data solutions and workflows with Python and IaC tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Manage and optimize both No-SQL and relational databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Ensure solutions align with AWS Well-Architected Framework and meet security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) and streamline data workflows.

Key Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and DevOps environment within Financial Services.
• Expertise in AWS (IAM, Glue, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.) and Python for data processing and automation.
• Strong experience with No-SQL and relational databases (e.g., Postgres, DynamoDB).
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
