Role description

We're looking for a pool of freelance talent to work on a project-by-project basis, helping us solve the next generation of problems for government.

Delib is seeking skilled freelance Automations & Integrations Specialists to join our pool of trusted partners who can work with our data API and create automated workflows using webhooks and low-code or no-code tools. The Role

As an Integration Specialist in our freelancer pool, you'll work with our existing data API to create webhooks and automations that enhance our platform's capabilities on a project-by-project basis. You'll use tools like N8N, Retool, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar platforms to build efficient, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities could include:

Creating and managing webhooks using our data API

Building automated workflows using no-code platforms

Setting up integrations between our platform and third-party services

Creating automated data flows for our aggregator site

Testing and maintaining existing integrations

Documenting solutions and maintaining integration specifications

What we're looking for

You're someone who understands APIs and enjoys creating automated solutions. You're comfortable working with webhooks and have experience using no-code automation platforms to solve business problems.

Essential qualities include:

Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks

Proficiency in no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)

Track record of creating successful automated workflows

Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies

Strong problem-solving abilities

Clear communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams

Understanding of data privacy and security requirements

Desirable, but not essential:

Experience with government or public sector systems

Knowledge of civic tech platforms

Background in SaaS product development

This is an open call to build a pool of freelancers we can work with on a project-by-project basis Typical engagement: 4 days per month Rate: £400 - £600 per day, depending on experience. Remote work as default but proximity to our Bristol office is ideal (sometimes we like to get together and solve things & break things in person).
