Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for an Asset Data Manager to join our Data team.

     What you’ll achieve in the role:

    The overall purpose of this role is to oversee the collection, management, analysis and reporting of accurate and up-to date asset data across our social housing portfolio in order to support strategic decision making, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the delivery of high-quality asset management services. The role is part of the Data Team and requires regular communication with Key Stakeholders from our Asset Management Team.

    Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain robust asset data management systems and associated processes, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security

     Produce accurate reports and dashboards to inform investment planning, asset performance analysis, and regulatory compliance.

     Lead the implementation and ongoing development of asset management software and databases.

     Ensure data for new properties received from the development team or via acquisition is accurate and compliant.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

    For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

Proven experience in asset data management, ideally within social housing or a similar regulated sector.

     Strong proficiency in asset management systems and data analysis tools, including advanced knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Excel)

     Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in social housing.

     Problem-solving approach to balancing quality, customer satisfaction and cost control, with the ability to confidently analyse, make informed decisions and communicate clear recommendations from data

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
