Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Analytics Analyst to join a high-impact digital analytics team. This role is essential in driving data initiatives, using analytics to enhance decision-making and optimize customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and product, to align data with business requirements and support ad hoc data needs.
• Develop and QA dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Drive visualization strategy to enhance reporting efforts, utilizing tools like Tableau.
• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights on user behavior metrics, such as drop-off rates, to support go-to-market strategies.
• Craft and verify analytics stories that empower stakeholders to make data-informed decisions.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Analytics Analyst, preferably within digital analytics.
• Strong data visualization skills, with a preference for experience in Tableau.
• Ability to map business requirements to data models and conduct QA on analytics outputs.
• Excellent communication skills and a strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Hands-on approach with experience in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with tools like Snowflake, Google Analytics, and/or Segment.
• Strong critical thinking skills to transform complex data into actionable insights.
