Location: Detroit, MI (hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Range : $39/Hr. On W2

Primary Skills : Data analysis , MS office tools , Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities:

   • Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in program delivery and effectiveness.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality control measures.

Program Evaluation and Performance Monitoring:

Develop and implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to track program progress.

Conduct research and literature reviews to identify best practices and innovative approaches.

Support the development of program recommendations based on data analysis and evaluation findings.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with program staff, community partners, and other stakeholders to gather data and information.

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through written reports, presentations, and verbal discussions.

Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on data collection and analysis.

Work with community members to understand their needs.

Qualifications

Experience:

   • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an analytical or research capacity.

   • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting.

   • Familiarity with data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, SQL).

   • Experience with program evaluation methodologies.

   • Experience working with diverse populations.

Skills:

   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

   • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

   • Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI

   • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
