We’re at the forefront of AI-powered marketing intelligence, developing proprietary tools that combine machine learning with deep brand knowledge to optimize campaign strategy, audience targeting, and message resonance.
Our Brand Algorithm practice is redefining how brands harness data to predict, simulate, and refine performance.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an insights-driven AI Product Builder to help build the future of brand intelligence. You’ll work directly with our CEO and digital leadership to support the development, marketing, and sales of our Brand Algorithm products. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of cultural insights, data storytelling, and product innovation.
The day-to-day:
• Building massive data intelligence AI platform based on real audiences for training digital twins to uncover actionable insights for creatives brand management. Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to translate insights into product features.
• Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to shape go-to-market strategy.
• Leverage predictive analytics and social listening tools to inform product development.
• Support the refinement of AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Package insights into clear, compelling narratives for clients and internal teams.
• Track emerging cultural and social media trends to inform strategy.
• Build platforms based on real consumer chat bot interviews for training digital twins, plus overlay with additional platform for listening and ingesting social and real-world media events to uncover causality and actionable insights for brand managers and creatives.
• Define the Vision: Understand what drives the next gen (e.g., fun, interactive AI-driven games or learning tools) and align it with business goals.
• Bridge Tech and Business: Collaborate with AI engineers, designers, and marketers to build software that leverages AI (e.g., personalized content, chatbots, or behavior prediction) while meeting tween and parental needs.
• Know the Audience: Research behavior, preferences, and digital trends, ensuring compliance
• Manage Development: Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the AI features (like adaptive learning or gamified experiences) work seamlessly.

• PLEASE NOTE: This is an ongoing FREELANCE ROLE with full-time hours, and the goal of converting to a full-time employee assuming it's a great fit on both sides.

WHAT YOU'LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE:
• Experience in audience insights, software development and marketing science, or strategic planning.
• Background in predictive modeling, social listening, or psychographic segmentation.
• Familiarity with predictive modeling and social listening tools (like Brandwatch or Pulsar) and AI-powered platforms (like Sprinklr AI, VidMob, or Meta Ads Manager).
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
• Interest in working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with cross-functional exposure.
• Knowledge of the HEXACO model or similar psychographic frameworks.
• Prior experience contributing to product design or development.
