Job Description:

   • The Procurement Analyst will support the procurement team in managing the purchasing of goods and services for the organization. This role involves analyzing procurement data, managing supplier performance, assisting in contract negotiations, and optimizing procurement processes to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices. The Procurement Analyst will collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to meet organizational needs and achieve cost savings.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

   • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, monitor spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

   • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance, including supplier performance, spend analysis, and procurement efficiency.

   • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and supply chain activities.

Supplier Management:

Qualifications:

Job Description:

   • The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of procurement for a large IT program. This includes sourcing IT hardware, software, services, and consulting, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all procurement activities are compliant with organizational policies and aligned with program goals. The Procurement Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of goods and services required for the program’s success.

Job Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy & Planning:

o   Develop and execute procurement strategies for IT products, services, and solutions to meet the needs of the program.

o   Work with program management and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.

o   Develop procurement plans, including risk assessments, supplier evaluations, and procurement schedules.

Supplier Selection & Management:

o   Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, capacity, reliability, and alignment with program objectives.

o   Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring their ability to meet program requirements and timelines.

o   Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Contract Management:
