Job Description
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with strong Python skills to join our team and develop scalable, intelligent solutions across various AI/ML domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI-driven applications using modern frameworks and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
· Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
· Build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference workflows.
· Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
· Evaluate and improve model performance using statistical techniques and metrics.
· Integrate AI models into production systems via REST APIs, microservices, or batch processes.
· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience as an AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist.
· Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
· Solid understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and deep learning techniques.
· Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and ETL workflows.
· Familiarity with REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have:
· Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
· Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
· Knowledge of MLOps, model versioning, or ML pipeline orchestration (e.g., Airflow, MLFlow, Kubeflow).
· Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
