🔑 Role Description:
🟢 Develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered chatbots (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, private GPT models) to enhance employee productivity.
🟢 Provide hands-on coding expertise for chatbot solutions, including automation of basic workplace functions.
🟢 Design a scalable and sustainable AI framework to support long-term chatbot deployment and evolution.
🟢 Work closely with leadership to translate business needs into functional AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
🟢 Train team members on chatbot functionalities, best practices, and continuous improvement strategies.
🟢 Gather feedback and refine AI models over time to enhance performance and usability.
☑️ Requirements:
✳️ 5-8+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT development
✳️ Strong understanding of AI deployment tools and frameworks, particularly in enterprise environments.
✳️ Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and leadership.
✳️ Ability to explain AI capabilities, limitations, and strategic benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
➕ Plus:
❇️ Hands-on experience with Azure AI or similar cloud-based AI platforms (a plus).
