Job Title: Senior Reports Developer

Location: Texas - (Remote)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reports Developer to join our team. This role involves advanced analysis, development, and support of databases and reporting solutions for a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedure development, along with a strong background in report creation using Jasper Reports. This is a fully remote position.

As a Senior Database Developer, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design and implement high-quality database solutions and reports. You will also contribute to project planning, perform data analysis, and ensure deliverables meet stringent quality standards by following an Agile software development life cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and support database solutions using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Create, optimize, and maintain stored procedures and functions.
• Develop and maintain reports using Jasper Reports.
• Perform unit testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of database code.
• Aggregate and analyze complex data sets to provide insights and solutions.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical designs.
• Provide ongoing project updates and thought leadership in database development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in designing, coding, and supporting Oracle SQL and PL/SQL solutions.
• 8+ years of experience developing stored procedures and functions.
• 8+ years of experience with unit testing database code.
• 8+ years of experience working in Agile development environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Jasper Reports development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with JIRA and Bitbucket for task management and version control.
